Rafael's Farm is a small urban farmer who has provided the city of Ontario with strawberries from his 2-acre farm for 15 years.  Due to a lack of electricity on site, the farmer used the funding from this program to purchase a generator, which will help protect his strawberry crop during frost warnings.  The funds were also used to purchase a cooler to keep harvested fruit fresh and reduce food -waste.
