David Friedman is the co-founder and co-CEO of Realicore Real Estate Group, a full-service, property management, brokerage and development company founded in 2011 and headquartered in downtown San Bernardino. In his role with Realicore, David has been able to assist in ongoing uplift of San Bernardino and surrounding communities, through developing affordable housing projects, acquiring grants supporting public art, and both donating land and pitching in during workdays for local community gardens. In addition to Realicore, David is co-founder and co-owner of Viva La Boba, a net-zero company and contributor to emerging community gardens. In his time away from work, David is on the board of the Garcia Center for the Arts in San Bernardino.
