Brothers Hope Corp is a small, urban farmer who provides disadvantaged and low income community members in the cities of Ontario and Chino with fresh produce. This subgrant enabled them to better serve the surrounding community and fill the need for fresh produce. With a dedicated vehicle for delivering produce, the farmer will have the opportunity to build new partnerships with additional farmer's markets and reduce local food waste.
